The watch is received, inspected carefully, and its condition is noted in writing. We identify what the piece needs.

We share findings and the proposed work with you. Cost is agreed before anything proceeds. No obligation to continue.
Careful Work
Work is carried out at the pace the piece requires. We contact you if anything changes during the process.
Testing & Return
For serviced movements, timing is verified by machine before return. A summary of work done is provided with the watch.

A gentle service that keeps a working watch in good order — cleaning key parts, renewing lubrication, and regulating the movement for steady running. Recommended periodically to help a cherished watch continue well for years ahead.
Suited to owners who wear their watch regularly and value thoughtful, attentive care. Clear notes on condition and timekeeping are shared after each service, and questions are always welcome.
What is included:
- Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of parts
- Renewal of lubricants with grade-appropriate watchmaking oils
- Rate regulation and timing machine verification
- Case seal check (where present) and crown function test
- Written condition report and service warranty

Dial, Hand & Case Refresh

A delicate cosmetic service addressing the most visible parts of a watch: dulled dials, tired hands, and lightly marked cases. We gently clean safe-to-treat dials, refresh or replace hands, and tidy the case to a preferred degree.
Before any cosmetic work begins, we discuss whether to preserve an authentic aged appearance or to refresh toward a cleaner look. The decision belongs entirely to the owner. No parts are replaced without explicit agreement, and all costs are confirmed in advance.
What is included:
- Careful dial cleaning where the material allows (discussed first)
- Hand refinishing or replacement (agreed and costed in advance)
- Case tidying to owner's preferred finish (brushed or polished)
- Assessment of movement condition (basic report included)

The work can include making replacement parts by hand, treating wear and corrosion, conserving aged dials, and rebuilding the watch to run dependably while honouring its past.
Each restoration begins with an honest, unhurried assessment and a written plan agreed with the owner. Work is carried out at the careful pace that fine restoration requires. Recommended for treasured family pieces where both function and history matter.

- Full movement restoration including hand-made parts where needed

Our standards
Professional protocols across all services
Timing machine verification
Every serviced movement is tested on a mechanical timing machine before return. Rate across positions is documented.
Grade-specific lubricants
Watchmaking-grade oils are applied at correct quantities to each component — matched to the part being lubricated, not applied universally.
Written intake records
Every watch entering the workshop receives a dated, written intake record. Condition notes form part of the final handover document.
Reputable parts sourcing
Replacement parts are sourced from established suppliers. Hand-fabricated parts are made using appropriate materials and tools when commercial spares are unavailable.
Secure workshop storage
Watches are kept in individually labelled trays in secure storage. Pieces are never left on open benches unattended.
Service warranty
All maintenance and servicing work is covered by a warranty period. Performance issues arising from the serviced components are attended to at no additional charge.
